Volunteers Needed Volunteers are needed in a wide variety of programs - adults, youth, kids. The first link on the right was designed and built by the RECA Foundation Summer Youth Volunteers. To volunteer, contact the Volunteer Center through this link or contact the RECA Foundation directly through the form on the left. Help is needed for our Annual Tech Fairs for non-profits, volunteers, and Board Members. Help is needed for our monthly Computer Fairs for low-income families. Help is needed to input Health and Human Service agency, organizations, and group on our newly created Mid-Columbia Resources.
