Youth Programs Funding & Underwriters The RECA Foundation has served the community since 1992. Just like Public Television and Public Radio, we rely on public support - including advertising (e.g. underwriting). Many have donated equipment (computers) and in-kind services for the community youth. Thank you, your support has helped over 500 youth succeed.
