Youth Programs Each summer RECA takes on a youth project from teaching youth to use computers, teaching them to recycle computers, develop web pages for non-profits, advocating for special interest groups, and above all else how to use technology to improve their lives. Many of the completed projects are highlighted on www.y2kyouth.org where youth around the world can copy our local youth to make their communities better. RECA youth was able 2003 to provide training to at risk youth on Wireless Internet laptops to learn to put together a graduation presentation.
