Philip E Harding

 Philip Harding is an artist and art historian living in Richland, Washington and teaching part time at Columbia Basin College. His art is primarily concerned with formal modernist issues of abstraction, but he has also sought to respond to the Hanford Nuclear Reservation located in Richland. In the near future, Philip hopes to visit Nagasaki, Japan to gather materials for his nuclear reliquary project. To this end he has been studying Japanese language and culture for several years.
