The RECA Foundation provides the web hosting, design, and maintenance for 4People.org. Both organizations are managed by all volunteer, working board members, but expenses are a fact of life. Occupancy, telecommunications, travel, membership dues, licensing fees, and employee support all add up. But the efficiency and "bang for the buck" in both organizations is incredibly high. Even the employees are volunteers through such organizations as Goodwill Industries, AARP, Volunteer Center, and AmeriCorps VISTA. Annual reports, financial statements, and IRS form 990s are all posted on the respective web sites for all to see.

Additionally, your contributions support the RECA Foundation's Columbia Basin Public Information Network [CBPIN.org] which provides local, regional, state, and national information online as well as running the computer reuse program that has helped ensure "Digital Inclusion" for hundreds of families in need.
